North Dakota was credited with being the best run state in the nation for a fourth consecutive year, according to a 24/7 Wall St. study. The study looks at data on financial health, standard of living and government services by the state to determine how well each state is managed.

Xcel Launches North Dakota's First Unmanned Aircraft for Utility Flight
Xcel Energy launched North Dakota's first Federal Aviation Administration-sanctioned utility flight of an unmanned aircraft. The drone, which measures about 4½ feet in length, resembles a small helicopter and was being used to inspect a 7-mile section of an electrical transmission line as part of an FAA pilot project.
