Child Care Loan Application

The Child Care Loan Program's purpose is to provide financial assistance to North Dakota child care providers. Eligible providers include licensed profit, non-profit and public child care facilities. The New Venture Capital Program is an innovative financial program that provides flexible financing through debt and equity investments for new or expanding businesses in the state of North Dakota. The program is administered through the North Dakota Development and offered through the Bank of North Dakota. It can fund rapidly growing companies which require equity funding.
